DetailsImagine setting your coffee mug down on something as cheerful as a coaster that looks like a kiwi. Wouldn’t a kiwi coaster make you smile? And coasters, because we are fancy (and we don’t want to ruin the end table just like mom yelled at us about growing up)
This listing is for one ceramic coaster backed with cork.
Each coaster is hand cut out of stoneware clay in an organic oval shape. The clay is then dried and bisque fired in the kiln. It is then hand painted in various glazes and fired a second time (at 2205 degrees!). Once it has cooled, it is removed from the kiln and the cork backing is attached. These are handmade and each is unique. They are approximately 3” x 3.75” but vary slightly in size. -
