This snowman believes the in the holiday magic, do you? In those twiggy hands, she holds a flag that reads BELIEVE. I used an old school embossing labeler and backed the label with a faux leather. The flag is decorated with lace and floss streamers. Her head and carrot nose are made from polymer clay. On her head sits a fun little hat made from fabric trimmed with vintage lace, an embroidery floss tassel and vintage string of beads. Her scarf is a piece of blue whispy muslin with lines of blue embroidered through. I made the “branch” arms with wire, soldering the little twiggy fingers onto the branch. She stands at about 6” tall.

Each snowman is uniquely handmade with a combination of little upcycled parts. I love antiquing and discovering fun trinkets or unexpected everyday items that I can repurpose. As I am making each each snowman I filter through my boxes of bits and pieces to find the perfect mix to make each special snowman. As I sift through all of my findings, my design might be inspired by a sparkly antique broach or an old skeleton key. The salt shakers are just as unique as the components that make the snowman. I hunt for the perfect salt shakers - a unique shape or sparkly crystal one or tarnished silver ones - these characteristics help to add extra personality to the figurines.

I ship each of the snowmen packaged in a gift box.
